The Easyboost gear puller effortlessly removes the primary drive gear stuck on the crankshaft of kick-start Derbi Euro 3 and Euro 4 (D50B0) engines. Electro-galvanised steel body with a precision-centred stainless steel screw. OEM ref. 00D05310091. Not compatible with electric-start versions.
The primary drive gear tends to seize onto the crankshaft when you split the engine open. This Easyboost gear puller has been designed specifically to remove it without effort or breakage, making it a must-have tool in your workshop before any bottom-end work: replacing the crankshaft, bearings, seals and more.
Compatibility: the puller fits Derbi Euro 3 and Euro 4 (D50B0 type) engines fitted with a kick-start. The manufacturer's corresponding OEM reference is 00D05310091.
Build quality: the tool body is machined from premium-grade steel and electro-galvanised for outstanding long-term durability. The stainless steel screw is precision-machined to guarantee perfect centring on the end of the crankshaft.

arrache pignon de villebrequin
j'ai vu que l'arrache pignon préconisé par le constructeur JAWA ressemblai a celui de DERBI. Après control par l'équipe , je l'ai commandé. Je fait partie d'un club de motos anciennes qui regroupe cette marque. Et ce pignon qui fait peur à tous le monde, il m'a fallut 10 secondes pour l'extraire. Merci.
l'équipe Easy boost m'a envoyé l'arrache pignon pour tester en avant première sur ma Derbi pour faire un tutoriel. Sa fonctionne comme il faut.
