Deliveries
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped from our warehouses in France. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
All prices include tax. For delivery to another European Union country, the VAT of your country applies: the final rate is calculated at checkout, once the delivery address has been entered.
The delivery time for an order delivered in France is approximately 1 to 3 days. For a delivery in Europe, the delivery time is about 2 to 5 days. For a delivery in the rest of the world, the delivery time is about 4 to 10 days.
Returning a product
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason (article 9 of our general terms of sale). To return an item, please first notify us in writing, by e-mail at info@easyboost.fr.
The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of your notification, in its original condition, complete and not fitted. Return costs are at your expense.
We will refund all sums paid within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of its dispatch (excluding any extra cost for a delivery method more expensive than the standard one).
The right of withdrawal is reserved for consumers: no return from a business buyer is accepted without our prior agreement.
