The Easyboost 2 in 1 crankcase separator bearing puller allows you to:
- Main function: Take off and remove the crankshaft bearings from all 50cc of the market (Scooter, AM6/Derbi Motorcycle, Mob)
- Secondary function: Separate the housing on Minarelli vertical/horizontal and Derbi. It does not allow the Peugeot, Piaggio and AM6 housings to be separated
The Easyboost 2 in 1 crankcase separator bearing puller is essential to separate the Booster / Nitro / Derbi crankshaft housings and easily dismantle the crankshaft bearings of all scooters (MBK, Yamaha, Peugeot, Piaggio, GY6...), Motos 50 (AM6 / Derbi) and mopeds (Peugeot 103, MBK 51) on the market.
The first step in crankshaft disassembly is to separate the crankcase into 2 parts. For this purpose, we have designed a crankcase separator that can be adapted to Minarelli horizontal / vertical engines (MBK Booster, Stunt, Nitro etc...) as well as to Derbi Euro 2 and 3.
Once the crankshaft has been removed from the crankcase, the crankshaft bearings must be extracted using the Easyboost bearing puller specially designed for all 50cc models on the market.
