The Easyboost variator, clutch and torque driver holding tools for Piaggio 400-500 X8 X9 X10 let you easily remove and replace the variator, torque driver and clutch. With these tools you can swap out the variator rollers, the torque spring, the drive belt and the clutch plates on your maxi scooter.
The tools are laser-cut from high-strength steel and then zinc electroplated to protect them from corrosion. This is professional-grade tooling of the kind used by main dealers.

These tools allow you to carry out 3 jobs:
- Removing the variator: undo the variator nut by locking the fixed pulley half with the multi-purpose holding tool.
- Removing the torque spring: the torque spring is released gradually and safely thanks to the special compression plate tool.
- Removing the clutch: the nut securing the clutch loosens easily by locking the clutch with the multi-purpose tool.
The tool kit includes:
- A multi-purpose holding tool for undoing the clutch and variator nuts
- A compression plate tool for removing the torque spring from the torque driver
- All the fixings you need
- An illustrated step-by-step guide in French

Ich habe gestern die Kupplungsfeder gewechselt. Dazu habe ich das Tool verwendet.<br /> Hat einwandfrei funktioniert.<br /> Nur das fixieren der Variomatik zum aufschrauben ist nicht möglich.<br /> Ich habe einen MP3 500 Bj. 2014. Dieser hat schon die größeren Rader und wahrscheinlich mehr Bodenabstand auch auf dem Ständer.<br /> Das Werkzeug zum blockieren müsste ca 5 cm länger sein.<br /> ansonsten TOP!
