The Easyboost variator and clutch holding tool kit for the Yamaha XMAX 250 lets you easily remove and replace the variator, drive belt, rollers, torque spring and clutch on your maxi-scooter (all models, all years). With these tools you can easily swap out the variator rollers, the drive belt as well as the clutch and clutch springs on your maxi-scooter.
The tools are laser-cut from high-strength steel and then zinc electroplated to protect them against corrosion. This is professional-grade tooling as used by main dealers.
Manufacturing is 100% guaranteed French, ensuring outstanding build quality.
These tools allow you to carry out 3 jobs:
- Removing the variator: the variator nut is undone by locking the variator face with the multi-purpose tool.
- Removing the clutch bell: the clutch bell nut is undone by holding the bell in place with the multi-purpose tool.
- Removing the torque spring and clutch: the torque spring is released gradually and safely thanks to a dedicated compression plate.
The tool kit includes:
- A multi-purpose tool for undoing the variator nut and the clutch nut
- A compression plate for removing the torque spring from the torque driver
- A holding tool for the clutch
- All the fixings you need
- An illustrated instruction leaflet in French
