The Easyboost variator, clutch and torque driver holding tools for Yamaha Tmax 500, 530 and 560 (all models, all years) let you easily remove and replace the variator, torque driver and clutch. With these tools you'll be able to swap out the variator rollers, the torque spring, the drive belt and the clutch plates on your maxi scooter.
The tools are laser-cut from high-strength steel, then zinc electroplated to protect them against corrosion. This is professional-grade tooling of the kind used by main dealers.

These tools allow you to carry out 4 jobs:
- Removing the variator: undo the variator nut by holding the variator cap with the multi-purpose tool.
- Removing the torque driver: the torque driver nut comes off easily by holding the fixed pulley half with the multi-purpose tool.
- Removing the torque spring: the torque spring is released gradually and safely thanks to a dedicated compression plate.
- Removing the clutch: the nut securing the clutch loosens easily by holding the clutch with the multi-purpose tool.
The tool kit includes:
- A tool for removing the torque driver nut
- A multi-purpose tool for removing the clutch, torque driver and variator nuts
- A compression plate for removing the torque spring from the torque driver
- All the necessary fixings
- An illustrated instruction leaflet in French
