The Easyboost Ø107 mm racing clutch is designed to boost the performance and responsiveness of 50cc scooters fitted with a standard 107 mm clutch.

Unlike a stock clutch, this model features an adjustment system that lets you fine-tune the clutch behaviour to match your engine setup.

The three adjuster plates with screws allow you to alter the preload of the original blue springs. This system lets you raise or lower the engagement RPM without swapping the springs, giving you fine, progressive adjustment. This type of tuning directly affects the point at which the clutch shoes make contact with the bell, which has a major impact on acceleration and off-the-line behaviour.

For higher-performance setups, the clutch comes with a set of stiffer red springs. These springs allow you to raise the engagement RPM even further to make full use of the engine's power, particularly with a racing exhaust, a cylinder kit or a fully tuned engine. Using stiffer springs delays clutch engagement and improves high-rev launches.

This clutch is therefore an ideal solution both as a direct replacement for the original part and as a performance upgrade, offering a wide adjustment range to suit every type of setup.
