Easyboost variator restrictor made from corrosion-treated steel, for all vertical and horizontal Minarelli engines (MBK Booster, Nitro, Bw's, Stunt, Aprilia SR, Malaguti F10/F12…). Fitted on the hub behind the fixed pulley half, it limits the variator's travel and caps the top speed at 45 km/h, in line with 49cc regulations.
The Easyboost variator restrictor brings your moped's top speed back down to 45 km/h, the standard limit set by the regulations that apply to 49cc machines. It's a simple way to bring your scooter back into legal compliance.
Compatibility: this restrictor fits all Minarelli engines, both vertical and horizontal. That makes it suitable for the MBK Booster, Aerox, Bw's, Stunt, Slider, Mach-G, Jog-R, Nitro, as well as the Aprilia SR and Malaguti F10, F12…
How it works and how to fit it: the part is installed behind the fixed pulley half of the variator, directly on its hub (as shown in the photo). It reduces the variator's travel, which stops the scooter from exceeding 45 km/h.
