This set of Easyboost variator adjustment washers is used to correctly position the drive belt and eliminate its crushing against the fixed pulley half. When the belt gets pinched at this point, the scooter's acceleration suffers: these washers, machined to a very tight fitting tolerance, allow you to correct this fault with precision.

Compatibility: variators of MBK Booster, Nitro, Mach-G and Ovetto (Ø13x18,5mm shaft).

Kit contents:

  • 2 washers, 0,4mm thick
  • 2 washers, 0,6mm thick
  • 2 washers, 0,8mm thick
  • 6 washers in total, size Ø13x18,5mm

Key points and adjustment method:

  • The reference to follow: the bottom of the belt must sit flush with the variator hub (see photos).
  • If a gap remains, stack the required washers to fill it until this position is achieved.
  • The belt must never remain pinched by the variator's fixed pulley half.
  • Once this essential adjustment is done, the gain in acceleration is very noticeable.
