Big Valve Intake Easyboost MBK Booster Bw's Stunt Rocket

The Easyboost Big Valve intake for MBK Booster and Stunt is built around two French-made electro-galvanized steel spacers. Its large-volume reed valve block improves engine filling compared to the original system, delivering a gain in power and torque across the entire rev range, even with a stock cylinder. On the dyno (see photo), the green curve shows the result of the Big Valve simply fitted with no tuning, well above the orange curve obtained with the original Booster reed valve block.

Compatible vehicles: MBK Booster 50cc (models before and after 2004, up to current versions), MBK Booster Next 50cc and MBK Stunt 50cc (all models), MBK Booster Rocket 50cc AC, Yamaha Bw's 50cc (before and after 2004, up to the present day), Yamaha Slider 50cc (all models), and more broadly any vertical Minarelli engine.

Included in the kit: reed valve block, brackets, complete hardware and gaskets, with assembly instructions written in French.

• Compatible with the original intake manifold for 12 to 28mm carburettors: direct fit in 12 – 17.5 – 19 and 21mm.
• For a 24, 26 or 28mm carburettor, use an intake manifold with a larger internal diameter.
• IMPORTANT: apply gasket sealant between the Big Valve and the original manifold.
• Replace the original airbox with a higher-performance air filter to get the most out of this intake.
