The Easyboost crankshaft bearing fitting tool fits all mopeds on the market, such as the MBK 51, Peugeot 103, RCX, SPX, SP and more. This tool is essential for fitting bearings onto the crankshaft with ease.
The bearing fitting tool is simple to use: screw the special nut onto the crankshaft, then insert the aluminium tube along with the bolt fitted with a nut, two thick washers and a needle thrust bearing. As you turn the drive nut with an open-ended spanner, the bearing is gradually pressed into place on the crankshaft until it reaches the stop.
All that's left is to heat the bearing seats in the crankcase using a heat gun or a blowtorch, take the crankshaft with its 2 bearings fitted, and assemble everything into the crankcases.
Supplied with instructions in French plus:
- 1 M10x1.0 nut
- 1 dual-thread M10x1.0/M11x1.0 nut, left-hand thread
- 1 dual-thread M10x1.0/M11x1.0 nut, right-hand thread
- 1 dual-thread M10x1.0/M10x1.25 nut
