The Easyboost gearbox bearing puller is designed for Minarelli vertical/horizontal crankcases (MBK Booster, Nitro, Bw's, Aprilia SR, Malaguti F10/F12…). It removes 6200 bearings (Ø10x30x9mm), which are impossible to get out of the casing without a dedicated tool. Made up of several machined parts in high-strength materials.
The Easyboost gearbox bearing puller is an extractor tool designed to make light work of removing 6200-type gearbox bearings (Ø10x30x9mm) fitted in Minarelli engine casings, both vertical and horizontal. As these bearings are press-fitted into the casing, they simply cannot be extracted without a specific tool: this affordable puller developed by Easyboost is built precisely for the job, with a design that makes the whole operation quick and straightforward.
Compatibility: all Minarelli vertical and horizontal crankcases, including MBK Booster, Bw's, Stunt, Slider, Mach-G, Jog-R, Nitro, Aprilia SR, Malaguti F10 and F12…
What it's made of: the puller consists of several parts machined from high-strength materials, ensuring a long service life.
- Check that your gearbox bearing is indeed a 6200 type, measuring Ø10x30x9mm.
- Before pulling the bearing, heat the casing with a gas torch or a heat gun: the expansion of the bearing seat makes removal easier and prevents damage to the casing.
