Easyboost jets fit all PWK-type carburettors.

CNC-machined from brass, Easyboost jets are made to extremely tight tolerances, allowing you to fine-tune your carburettor with real precision.

To get your jetting spot on, here are the steps to follow:

Start by fitting a main jet that is "too big" so you get a "rich" mixture and avoid overheating the cylinder/piston assembly. The engine should then "four-stroke" (splutter) at high revs, which means the mixture is too rich.

Then gradually step down the jet size (in steps of 5) until you get clean, linear power at high revs. You can also use the colour of the spark plug as a guide.

After riding flat out for a few hundred metres, kill the ignition and immediately remove the spark plug to check the colour of the electrode. It should be a brick red/brown colour. If the electrode is black, the mixture is still too rich, so you'll need to go down a jet size. If it's white, the mixture is too lean, so you'll need to go up a jet size.
