The Easyboost crankshaft oil seal fitting tool lets you fit the variator-side and ignition-side oil seals on your Piaggio 50 easily and with great precision.

It is CNC-machined from PA66 Polyamide, a material that is both gentle and hard-wearing. As the aluminium crankcase is relatively fragile, this choice of material means it won't get damaged when the tool comes into contact with it.

This is an essential tool for fitting the oil seals correctly and ensuring proper lubrication of the bearings. The shoulder on the tool stops the oil seal's travel and positions it exactly as it was from the factory. To fit the ignition-side oil seal, simply flip the tool over and repeat the same operation, tapping the tool with a mallet.

The tool is compatible with all Piaggio 50cc type engines.
