How to Build a Booster-Nitro (Spitro) with Easyboost Engine Mounts Without Welding?

- Categories : Tutorial

The MBK Nitro engine is a liquid-cooled horizontal Minarelli engine. A radiator is fitted in the front panel, connected to the cylinder/cylinder head assembly by coolant hoses. To circulate the coolant, the engine features a mechanical water pump.

To build a Booster-Nitro, you will need:

- Easyboost Sport / Racing engine mounts MBK Booster / Bw's
- an MBK Nitro engine (horizontal Minarelli)
- a radiator (from an MBK Nitro or another model)
- coolant hoses
- a water pump (from an MBK Nitro or a universal electric one)
- both brake systems from an MBK Nitro (front + rear)
- rims + fork from an MBK Nitro

Once you have gathered all the parts, simply fit the Easyboost Sport / Racing engine mounts onto the frame of your MBK Booster / Bw's. The remaining parts are assembled just like on an original MBK Nitro. For the radiator, we recommend the front panel, which will need to be cut out to let fresh air through. The expansion tank is not mandatory but recommended. If you decide to remove it, simply replace it with a plain hose.
