Deliveries
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped from our warehouses in France. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
The delivery time for an order delivered in France is approximately 1 to 3 days. For a delivery in Europe, the delivery time is about 2 to 5 days. For a delivery in the rest of the world, the delivery time is about 4 to 10 days.
Returning a product
To return an item, it is imperative to notify us first by e-mail at info@easyboost.fr or by phone at +33 7 69 93 62 28. The article must not have been used, nor show any trace of assembly (screws, washers, nuts). Otherwise, we will retain a certain amount depending on the wear and tear, if it is no longer marketable.
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging so that it can be returned to stock.
The refund will be sent to you within 2 to 5 days after receipt of the product in our warehouse.
